Carry pepper spray with you at all times, protect yourself when out exercizing

If you are a health-minded individual, the odds are you jog or walk a lot. A lot of good it would do staying healthy and fit, just to get killed or maimed in the prime of your life by a vicious animal or a sick human on a lonely trail in the park. Carry pepper spray on your key chain with you every time you go jogging or hiking! Luckily, they are real cheap, and I have some links down below for you to order them.
Last summer (2012) a 28 y.o. woman Michaela Lee was attacked by several racoons in Fort Steilacoom Park near Tacoma, WA. They chased her for about 75 feet, knocked her down and bit her. She had a dog with her, but the dog was no help against the racoon, if anything, it just made them more angry.
