Pastries are my poison

Aren't they gorgeous? They look like real swans, and the cream under the wings is actually textured to look like feathers! I bought them on Friday and they are still sitting in the fridge, waiting for my daughter to come over tomorrow. They really are too pretty to eat, and especially by yourself.

They are, of course, very bad for you, like all the bread products. But do not despair, you can use gluten-free flower called teff instead of wheat flower, and it is only $3 a pound at a local Ethiopian grocery, here's a link: Ethiopian Grocery
