The healthy way to do grocery shopping

Do not drive to the grocery store - walk.
  • Carrying heavy bags is good for your bones
  • Walking is good for your heart and everything else in general
  • Walking is good for the environment
  • Because you are limited to how much you can carry:
    • You'll buy only necessary things
    • You'll buy only fresh produce and none of that heavy canned stuff (hopefully)
    • You'll save money by not buying something you don't need
    • You'll save money on gas
