Best calcium supplement is free!

You make it yourself from the eggshells. After you cracked your eggs, instead of throwing the shells away,
rinse them gently and boil them for a few minutes to kill any germs. The water you boil them in contains minerals that leaked out from the shells, including glucosamine and chondroitin, and more calcium. Use both, the water and the eggshells. Wait until the eggshells dry and grind them up in a coffee grinder. Drink the water or add it to juices and soups.
One eggshell makes about one teaspoon of powder, containing about 800 mg of calcium plus many other elements, such as: magnesium, boron, copper, iron, zinc. The composition of an eggshell is very similar to that of our bones and teeth. Half a teaspoon of eggshell powder a day would provide enough healthy, clean calcium.
A study of the eggshell calcium was done in Japan and in Europe and had shown to greatly improve bone density.
You should take vitamin D3 and magnesium with your eggshell powder for absorption. But even if you haven't cooked eggs and have no eggshell powder today, you should be taking vitamin D3 every day, at least 1,000 - 2,000 mg!
