The best juice to drink and a perfect daily juice mix

There are so many different juices available. Is there such a thing as the Perfect Juice?

The juice you buy should contain no additives, sweeteners or preservatives of any kind, and, preferably, should come in a glass bottle as opposed to a plastic bottle, because plastic releases some bad chemicals (carcinogens) into the juice over time. It would be good if it were a dark glass bottle rather than a clear bottle, because certain vitamins, like vitamin C, can be destroyed by exposure to light. Would really be a good idea to get a juicer.

Each type of juice is good for specific things.

The perfect juices list:

Tomato juice lowers the risk of prostate cancer and helps to lose weight. Beet juice may reduce blood pressure. All the other vegetables in it are very good for you as well. And vegetable juice has far less sugar and calories than most fruit juices.
