Bread is bad for you

White bread and any bread from the bread isle is the most evil food. The only way you can eat bread is if you know exactly how it was made. Definitely not bread from the bread isle. It contains lots of very bad hidden chemicals used to process flower such as: insecticides, fungicides, benzoyl peroxide or chlorine dioxide (known to cause cancer), methyl bromide (inhibits absorption of iodine), nitrogen trichloride,
alum (Sodium aluminum sulfate is an ingredient in baking powder. Alum in all its forms is toxic to humans), ammonium bicarbonate (used in raising dough in addition to soda, poisonous in large quantities, accumulates if eaten every day), nitrogen peroxide (used to bleach flower, not allowed in European Countries). The wheat bread is just as bad as white bread if it comes in these processed pre-packages squares. If you must eat bread, eat the one imported from Europe, or baked in a small bakery from all organic ingredients. You might want to actually physically call them and make sure they don't use any of the bad hidden ingredients in baking. Goes without saying, avoid any and all cookies, bagels, muffins and pastries like the plague, again, unless you know where and how they were baked.

Your best bet would be to bake the bread yourself. That way you know exactly what's in it.
