Tired of tasteless rice and corn muffins? Ethiopian Grocery sells teff - gluten free middle-eastern flower to make Injera bread and whatever else you might like to bake from it at $3/lb. The store is located at 1902 Yesler Way in Seattle, WA, 98122 inside of Yesler Grocery. Call Asfarat at 206-321-9102 before coming over to make sure they have what you want on the particular day, or to place your order over the phone. Since they are just starting to sell the stuff, don't go without calling first.
They also sell original Ethiopian green coffee beans at $5/lb. I put the instructions on how to roast coffee beans at home on the website.
