Protect yourself from cell phone radiation

I didn't believe that cell phone radiation was a big deal, until, after 10 years of using a cell phone, I started getting horrible headaches in the right temple and behind the ear. I stopped using my right ear to talk on the cell phone and the headaches disappeared. But it's only the matter of time before they'll come back on the left side, unless I take some protective measures.
Here is something you can do completely free to protect yourself: First - do not lift the phone to the ear right after dialing, wait until it says, "connected". I read that in the stage just before connecting the cell phone releases the most radiation. Second - avoid holding the phone to the ear at all, keep it as far away from your body as possible by using headphones or a speaker.

If you have a few extra bucks, it's a good idea to get one of those protective shields:

Up to 60% of the radiation emitted by a typical cell phone enough to cause heating could be absorbed by the users head, depending upon conditions i.e. distance from cellular tower buildings etc. the waves emitted by your cell phone can travel as far as 50 miles • Recent studies show the possibility of serious bio-effects at exposure levels below the current exposure standards and that some cell phones cannot even meet these arguably inadequate standards • The manufacturers could make the phones so less radiation would escape into the users head, but most are unwilling to do so, because it would cut into their profit and acknowledge the that there may be a potential health hazard • Different brands and models of phones have different levels of emissions and only recently has the FCC began requiring the emissions levels to be made public and stated in the paperwork of every new phone. • Lloyd of London recently refused to underwrite manufacturers of cellular phones against possible future claims of microwave health damage. • The levels of radiation build up in the human body.
CELL SHIELD QUESTIONS & ANSWERS:
Does Cell Shield fit any phone? Yes. Cell Shield fits all models of phones currently on the market from all the major manufacturers
How do I know that Cell Shield really works? People who have noticed headaches or the feeling that their head is heating up from excessive cell phone use have reported no longer having these symptoms after applying the Cell Shield. Cell Shield has been tested in numerous independent studies in both the US and overseas and has been found to block from 70% to 90% of the radiation that could otherwise enter the body. Copies of the reports are available upon request.
How does Cell Shield work? Cellular phones emit electromagnetic waves in an omni-directional pattern. That means that these potentially harmful waves are being dispersed in all directions from your cell phone. When your phone is held next to your head some of these waves are blocked by the bone of your skull. The radiation emitted from the earpiece however encounters little resistance from the soft tissue of the ear canal. Cell Shield is the culmination of 8 years of intensive research and development in cellular protection. Cell Shield is made of a ceramic composition that absorbs electromagnetic radiation waves.
Does Cell Shield affect the performance of my phone? Absolutely not.
Is Cell Shield difficult to apply? No. Cell Shield applies easily in just a few seconds. Application requires NO tools or special equipment. One part attaches over the earpiece of the phone. The other smaller part attaches near the antenna.
