Review of the book Breaking the Death Habit by Leonard Orr

Leonard Orr believes in physical immortality. To him death is basically a habit or laziness. Here are a number of steps he gives to double of triple your lifespan quoted from the book:
1.Master the practice of processing your thoughts and feelings to reduce negativity.
2...At least 20 breaths daily connecting the inhale with the exhale in a relaxed rhythm.
3. Water purification by daily bathing in warm or cold water. Meditating one hour per day in hot water.
4. Sing the name of God daily.
5. Develop a personal philosophy of physical immortality: eternal life of spirit, mind and body.
6. Unravel your personal death urge absorbed from family tradition, past lives, culture, etc.
7. Practice 3-day fasts a few times a year.
8. Experiment with sleeping or not sleeping.
9. Participate in a spiritual community that practices these ideas.
10. Learn to read emotional messages in body symptoms and how to process them with affirmations, breathing.
11. Learn the role of exercise.
12. Study Herakhan Baba and other immortal masters.
